Ele's Place is a non-profit community-based organization dedicated to creating awareness of and support for grieving children, teens, young adults and their families. Before coming to Ele's Place, many of these children feel alone and keep their feelings inside, not wanting to burden their parents or other family members. Even friends don't seem to understand if they haven't had a similar experience. Together, our participants learn how to cope and begin to heal.

Each week at Ele's Place, over 200 grieving children find a warm and welcoming place to meet new friends who really understand how they feel. Additionally, children and teens find support in the Ele's Group program, which provides an 8-week support group in local schools. In the 2022/2023 school year Ele's Group supported over 300 students. All of our services are provided at NO COST to the families. This is only possible through the generous support of our community and participation in events like Ele's Race.
